What have we done to react to the 2022 patient survey?

  • Sent out a patient questionnaire for more in depth information
  • We are looking at options to improve our online platform
  • We are monitoring call answering times in reception
  • We are constantly looking at staff training to improve their skills
  • We are looking at appointment system options to improve services
